DIGISTAMPS4JOY CHALLENGE #145

Hello Crafty Friends,
We have a new challenge starting today over at
The theme for this challenge is...
Anything Goes with a Twist "I love you"

...Here's my inspiration card for the challenge...
I think this image is so beautiful! She looks like she is waiting for her love.

I had already made a tag with the image. But then I saw a beautiful card someone had made with a tag on it that had an image, I just had to try it. The die cut I had made previously with the butterfly and flowers matched the die cut roses on the tag, so thought it perfect for the card. I tried putting patterned paper behind the die cut but it just took away from it and made the images hard to see. But I also didn't want just plain paper, so got out my favorite distress ink pad 'Tea Dye' and went around the front of the card.
As for the tag, I cut it out in a color that worked with her flowers. Then I fussy cut the image out, added coffee stained gauge on the tag, then glued the image on.
I enjoy working with the rolled die cut flowers. After I roll the flower and glue it together, I use my tweezers to curl the edges of the petals downward.
