 ...Here's what I did...

After coloring the images and brick walk...Here's what I did to get the Sparkle & Shine...

I used the Wink Of Stella 'Clear Glitter' Brush on both images (on the pink of the umbrella and purse), the roses on the paper, the brown paper at the top of the card, the Eiffel Tower, the vines inside the opening and hanging down.. Then I used a Watercolor Paintbrush and Yasutomo Niji Pearlescent Watercolor Paint and painted the brick walk to give it a shine.

 

I wish I could get the sparkle and shine to show up better...sorry about that.
