DIGISTAMPS 4 JOY CHALLENGE #138 ATG/TWIST 'SPECIAL BIRTHDAY'

Here's what I did...

 I made the card with pink cardstock paper. Then I cut a piece of patterned paper slightly smaller than the card. My hubby brought in a few leaves from outside for me to use, so I added ink to different leaves and stamped them on the bottom left side of the card. Then I used 'tea dye' distress ink around the paper, going in more on the corners. Next I added two strands of twine across the bottom part of the paper, tied a knot on the right side, leaving the tails hanging slightly. Then I taped the paper onto the center of the card. I used the distressing tool around the image, added the same distress ink around it, then taped in onto the card. After stamping the sentiment onto the oval frame die cut, I taped it onto the card, over the twine. Then I added a piece of gauge on each side of the image, tucking it under the sides. After that I glued three flatback pearls onto the image.
