LETS CRAFT & CREATE CHALLENGE #136

Hello There Crafty Friends,
I want to let you all know there's a new challenge starting today at...
LET'S CRAFT AND CREATE
...The theme for this challenge is...
THROUGH A WINDOW
(View from/through a window - outside or inside)

I wanted a picture window to see out of. But look who's peeking in. :)
...For This Card - Step By Step...
White cardstock for the card base.
Drew and colored the outdoor scene.
Cut out a window shape to fit around the scene.
Drew and colored the puppy, then fussy cut him out.
Cut a piece of patterned paper to fit the center of the card.
Cut a square in the patterned paper for the scene to fit in.
Taped the scene onto the card.
Taped the patterned paper onto the card, with the square opening around the scene.
Taped the puppy onto the bottom part of the scene, where paws show on the window.
Placed foam mounting tape on back of the window and attached it to the card.
Cut two pieces of thinner patterned paper to make the curtains.
Made score lines on the two curtain pieces.
Scrunched up in a ball two times, then back flat and did some folds on the curtain pieces.
Used a small piece of the same paper for the curtain tiebacks, glued together in back.
Added a small strip of foam mounting tape to the top back of each curtain.
Attached the curtains to the window frame.
Then added a small amount of glue to the back of the curtain ties to hold in place.
